Can all of the bars be used for full body use?Yes, all of our bars can be used for your entire body.

Can the milk and honey mask be used on the entire body?

Before using the Milk and Honey mask, please consult with your dermatologist. This mask was created to exfoliate and detox the skin to help with buildup and discoloration.

Can preteens use the milk and honey mask?  

Please check with your doctor first. We do recommend doing a patch test before introducing new products to the skin.

Will I receive a tracking number?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS.

How long is shipping?

All orders are shipped within 7-15 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday unless delayed by a sale.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender, you will be sent a store credit (minus the shipping cost). Fixer Elix is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by UPS, DHL or USPS.

Yes, Shipping rates are calculated by each carrier.
